It ensures drivers safely and promptly transport parcels to their intended destinations while maintaining a smooth and organized delivery workflow.
En-Route acts as the intermediary between clients needing deliveries and freelance drivers seeking daily earning opportunities, fostering a convenient and efficient package delivery system within specific geographical areas.
When drivers join the network, they register with En-Route and receive a vehicle and a uniform. Using the app, they independently register themselves and their vehicles. Once onboarded and verified, drivers are assigned deliveries to drop off at various destinations.
Some challenges faced by similar products are; Inefficient routing, Communication issues, driver management and so on. Thorough market research was conducted for this product to properly cater to user needs
The proposed solution are; Optimized Routing, Real-Time communication to facilitate client/driver communication in real-time and equipping drivers with the tools needed for efficient management, assignment tracking, and navigation, enhancing their performance and reliability.
